Potters Bar Fire Station Last weekend, despite the rainy weather, the amazing team at Potters Bar Fire Station welcomed us for a personal tour — and what an incredible experience it was! Company Day Fun! On Friday, we held our Company Day at Woolmer Green Village Hall. We enjoyed delicious pizza from Domino's Pizza , took part in friendly competitions to earn points and win goody bags, and ended the day with our much-anticipated annual rounders match. A big thank you to Ridgeway Academy PE Department for kindly lending us their sports equipment again – we really appreciate the support! Last night, we attended the Oaklands College Employer Celebration & Awards Evening – a fantastic event recognising the achievements of apprentices, students, and the value of employer partnerships. We were super proud to have been awarded the "Get Career Ready Champions" Award! This recognition reflects the amazing collaboration we’ve built with Oaklands College, and the shared commitment to developing talent and creating meaningful opportunities for young people.
