Our Supported Living service empowers adults with learning disabilities to live life their way — with the right support, at the right time.  

Whether someone needs help for just one hour a week or 24/7 care, we tailor our support to each individual. Tenants live in their own homes or shared accommodation, enjoying a sense of independence while feeling safe, supported, and part of a community.  

Our support is shaped around each person’s goals and choices — from managing daily life, staying connected with loved ones, learning new skills, or finding a job or college course. With personalised support plans in place, we focus on building confidence and opening up opportunities for a more fulfilling, independent life.  

We support with:  

• Everyday essentials like budgeting, cooking, and personal care  

• Getting involved in the community and pursuing hobbies  

• Accessing education, training, or employment  

• Maintaining meaningful relationships and making new ones  

• Navigating life decisions and building skills for independent living
